In the accredited study programmes of the 1st and 2nd degree of  individual study branches: Wood Technology, Construction and Technology of Wood Products, Economics and Enterprise Management, Rescue Services and Design  the pedagogical staff of the Department provide the education of technical subjects: Principles of Woodworking, Wood- processing Machines and Equipment, Wood-cutting Tools, Metallic Materials,  Tool Components, CNC Machining Techniques, CAD Systems, Transporting Technique and Airconditioning Devices, Design of Airconditioning Devices, Techncal Legislation, Evaluation of Machinery, Hydro- and Thermomechanics, Heat Enterprise Management, Engineering Heat Technique, Technical Equipment of Buildings, Energy Utilisation of Wood and Lignocellulosic Materials

The Department provides also PhD study in the study branch 5.2.43 Technology of Wood Processing; eleven dissertation theses were elaborated and successfully defended within this study programme.
