Since 1998 the Department of Woodworking has organised International scientific conference “Chip and Chipless Woodworking Processes” organised every other year. This conference provides space to ex- change the newest knowledge and information of Slovak and foreign scientists and pedagogical staff deal- ing with the topic of chip and chipless cutting and woodworking as well as with thermal modification of wood.
